Miss Nongnuch has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources management. Her experience spans government linked organizations, nonprofit organizations, Thai corporations, and with multinational human resources consulting firms. Nongnuch has developed deep expertise in advising on Human Capital Transformation, Performance Management, Competency Design/Assessment & Development, Recruitment, Career and Succession Plan, Talent Management and driving teams to success through Leadership Transformation. She has worked with individuals (multi cultural and multi country environment) coming from various sections of the organizations (from Top Management to the front-line staff) both in internal and external (clients) organization. Prior to joining Korn Ferry Hay Group, Nongnuch started her career as a lawyer. She also has professional consulting experience with: William M. Mercer, as Information Business Manager at Korn Ferry Hay Group, and with Hewitt’s Bangkok office, and Regional Manager for Hay Learning Institute, Asia.
