Waree has worked in control and monitor project budget and expenses, Build Effectiveness Organization and HR Transformation , Set up and establish cost structure, financial key figures, fixed asset classification, financial reports, standard cost budget and etc. For the project management, she was assigned to lead Globe go- live as SAP cut over manager, Perform cost analysis, monitor cost of production and identify opportunity for cost improvement, Lead and establish foundation of factory internal controls & compliance system, Coach and develop project and factory finance supervisors. She also has in-dept experiences in HR Strategy and Operation too.
